According to Fox News, President-elect Barack Obama’s Inaugural committee has sent potential musical guest inquiries to the Jonas Brothers and possibly Miley Cyrus. They were invited to play at a children’s party on January 19 at the Verizon Center in Washington, DC.
Also, JB and Hayden Panettiere have been set as presenters at The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards to be telecast live on NBC Sunday, Jan. 11 [8-11 PM EST] at The Beverly Hilton.

The Jonas Brothers: Weekend in Nashville
Filling up with a little country cooking, the Jonas Brothers were spotted grabbing up a bite to eat at the Pancake Pantry restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee over the weekend.
With Nick, Kevin and Joe being escorted around by their security, the musical trio happily signed autographs for fans before heading inside the eatery and grabbing a table.

HOLLYWOOD, CA–(Marketwire - January 6, 2009) - The Jonas Brothers, Hayden Panettiere and Martin Scorsese have been set as presenters at “The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards” to be telecast live on NBC Sunday, January 11 (8 - 11 p.m. EST) at The Beverly Hilton.
They join previously announced presenters Simon Baker, Drew Barrymore, Glenn Close, Sacha Baron Cohen, Cameron Diaz, Aaron Eckhart, Laurence Fishburne, Ricky Gervais, Jake Gyllenhaal, Salma Hayek, Jessica Lange, Blake Lively, Jennifer Lopez, Amy Poehler, Chris Rock and Seth Rogen.
“The 66th Annual Golden Globe Awards” will take place Sunday, January 11, 2009 at The Beverly Hilton with a live telecast airing on NBC at 8 p.m. (EST) and produced by Dick Clark Productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Jorge Camara is President of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association. Orly Adelson, president of dcp and Barry Adelman will executive produce. Chris Donovan is the director and dcp’s Bob Bardo is the executive in charge of production.

‘It’s Fun To Dress UP Jonas Brothers’

JONAS star Chelsea Staub spilled to BOP! about the upcoming season. Tell us about your character: ‘I play Stella. She’s always been fashion forward, so she becomes a stylist for the boys. It’s fun to dress up the Jonas Brothers.’
Are the boys like their characters? ‘They’re exaggerated versions of themselves. Nick plays a very intense writer, always working. Joe’s goofy and Kevin’s hysterical.’
Typical day on set? ‘My typical day is waking up at 4 AM, snooze button;
4:15, snooze button. 4:30, get up, panic, get dressed, rush to set, do hair and makeup. I guess no one else needs as much air and makeup as I do, because I’m always the first one there! Usually I come home after a workday and eat a good dinner, work on the next day’s lines and go to bed early.’Any behind the scenes secrets? ‘The fans are going to love the sets. There’s so much detail. Each of the boys’ rooms really reflects their personality. We loves to hang out at the craft service area and talk. There’s music in the makeup and hair room in the morning. It’s fun!
